Lymphatic Drainage

The lymphatic system is your body’s first line of defence. Indicated for swelling and edema, when fighting infection, acute injuries and after surgery.

Cupping
Cupping is a therapy that applies negative pressure on the skin using glass, plastic, or silicone cups. The suction created by these cups stimulates and increases blood flow, which can help relieve joint and muscle pain, reduce inflammation, accelerate recovery, increase the function of the lymphatic and circulatory systems and increase overall relaxation and well-being. Cupping may also aid in the healing of scars and surrounding tissues.
Kinesio Taping
Kinesio Taping is the time tested, therapeutic taping method using a unique elastic tape that will enhance the treatment of any stage of your treatment plan from acute to chronic conditions as well as prevention and maintenance. Kinesio Tape works to improve pain, healing, support, and function of the 5 major systems: skin, fascia, circulatory/lymphatic, muscle and joint - all by the varied application methods. It can be worn 3-5 days, allows full range of motion, and is effective treatment between professional visits. This treatment can be an add-on to a massage or a stand alone service. Ask your therapist if Kinesio Tape can help you.
Matrix Repatterning
Matrix Repatterning is a form of manual (hands-on) therapy, which is applied to the deeper, denser parts of the body, such as the skeletal framework (bone) and the dense fibrous tissues (fascia) associated with the internal core structures. Areas of injury and strain can be precisely located based on an alteration in the mechanical and electrical properties within these tissues. Treatment involves the application of gentle pressure in order to release tissue tension, which can facilitate the restoration of muscle tone, flexibility, joint mobility and optimal biomechanical function. Reiki
Reiki (pronounced Ray Key) is a combination of two Japanese words rei and ki meaning universal life energy. Reiki is an ancient laying-on of the hands healing technique that uses the life force energy to heal, balancing the subtle energies within our bodies. Reiki addresses physical, emotional, mental and spiritual imbalances.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a natural, healing art based on specific reflex points located in the hands and feet that correspond to organs and body parts. Through applying pressure to these points you can normalize and balance the bodies functions.
